How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.
Is it safe to pay here?
Yes. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Diners Club, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay, through an encrypted checkout. Your card details never reach us.

The collar is notched at both sides, not just the front.
An ankle boot in a napped upper with the top edge cut away in a shallow notch at each side, so the collar dips twice around the ankle. The toe is drawn to a soft point, a short zip sits at the inner side, and the shaft finishes just above the ankle bone. It stands on a block heel of moderate height.

A shallow cut at each side of the top edge, leaving the front and back higher.
✓ Pointed toe:
A softly tapered toe with a thin sole edge running around it.
✓ Short side zip:
A zip at the inner ankle, just long enough to get the foot in.
✓ Block heel:
A squared heel of moderate height, set flat under the back of the foot.
With cropped jeans, or a midi skirt.
A napped synthetic upper on a block heel and a thin sole.
Close through the foot, with the collar sitting at the ankle bone.

About Valenira
Hi, I’m Tammy — and Valenira started with a very ordinary problem.
Every morning I stood in front of a full closet and found nothing I actually wanted to wear. The pieces I loved were priced like special occasions. The ones I could afford went shapeless after three washes.
So I decided to make it myself, with one rule I have never broken:
If I wouldn’t wear it, it doesn’t go in the collection.
Every piece is worn, washed and worn again before it ever appears here. Most samples don’t survive that.
That is why the collection stays small, and why the prices stay where they are. I would rather sell you three pieces you wear for years than thirty you forget by spring.
