How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A slim, hip-length puffer with a zip front, an attached hood and down-alternative filling. It packs down small enough to live in a carry-on and shakes back into shape when you pull it out, which is the whole test of a packable jacket.

Rolls up compactly for travel, commutes or the boot of the car, and lofts back without permanent creases.
â Warm without the bulk:
Down-alternative filling holds heat while keeping the jacket genuinely slim through the body.
â Attached hood:
Shields against wind and light rain, and sits flat between the shoulder blades when you do not need it.
â Hip-length cut:
Long enough to cover properly, short enough to sit down in comfortably on a plane.
Under a wool coat as an extra layer, or on its own over a knit for travel days.
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low to restore the loft.
