The first scan can take a day or two to appear. That gap is normal and nothing has gone astray; this page fills itself in the moment the carrier picks the parcel up.
How long it takes
Every order is packed and checked by hand, which is 1 to 3 working days. Delivery adds another 6 to 10 on top of that.
