Transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD) for orders shipping to the United States and in British Pounds (GBP) for orders shipping to the United Kingdom. The currency that applies to your order will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

- The total price you see at the final checkout screen is the final amount you will pay to Valenira.
- No Hidden Fees: We do not charge any additional "handling" or "convenience" fees for processing your payment.
- UK Customers: All prices displayed on our United Kingdom storefront are inclusive of UK VAT at the applicable rate. There are no additional taxes, customs duties, or import fees to pay on delivery.
6. Sales Tax & VAT
United States:
- Collection: Sales tax is applied to orders shipped to states where Valenira has a legal obligation to collect tax (commonly known as "tax nexus"). The applicable tax will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping destination within the United States.
- Economic Nexus: Under current state laws, we may become obligated to collect sales tax in additional states if our sales volume exceeds the legal thresholds (typically around $100,000 in annual sales) in those jurisdictions.
United Kingdom:
- VAT: All orders shipping to the United Kingdom are subject to UK Value Added Tax (VAT) at the standard rate of 20%. VAT is collected at the point of sale and remitted directly to HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) in accordance with UK law.
- VAT-Inclusive Pricing: All product prices displayed on the UK storefront include VAT. You will not be charged any additional VAT, customs duties, or handling fees on delivery.
The exact tax or VAT amount will always be shown to you at checkout before you confirm your payment.
7. Security & Fraud Prevention

If your payment is declined at checkout, please check the following:

9. Refund Method
In the event of a return or cancellation (as per our Return & Refund Policy), all refunds will be issued strictly to the original payment method used at checkout, in the original currency of the transaction. We cannot issue refunds to a different card or bank account for security and anti-money laundering reasons.
10. Digital Invoices
Upon successful payment, a digital copy of your order invoice will be sent to your email address. This serves as your proof of purchase and will include your order number, item details, the total amount paid, and the currency of the transaction (USD or GBP). For UK orders, the invoice will clearly itemize the VAT amount included in the total.
