Free Shipping
All orders ship free of charge to both the United States and mainland United Kingdom. There is no minimum order value: whether you buy one item or several, shipping is always free.
Shipping Regions
Valenira currently ships to all 50 US states and mainland United Kingdom. We do not ship to other international destinations at this time.
Order Processing and Shipping Schedule
Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM EST (New York time) *Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed on the next business day.
Order Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Saturday)
Delivery Time: 6 to 10 business days after shipping (Monday to Saturday)
Estimated Delivery Time: Approximately 7 to 13 business days from order confirmation *Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the region, peak seasons, or customs processing.
Delivery Carriers
Your order is shipped through our international logistics partners and may be dispatched from a warehouse outside the United States and the United Kingdom. Final delivery is handled by trusted local carriers: USPS in the United States, and Royal Mail or Evri in the United Kingdom.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is completely free on every order, with no exceptions and no hidden fees. The total shown at checkout is exactly what you pay.
Delivery Inquiries
If there are delays, damage, or loss during delivery, please contact support@valenira.com. If your tracking has not updated for more than 15 business days, or your package has not arrived within 20 business days of shipment, we will open an investigation with the carrier. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office.
Tracking Information
After your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. Tracking becomes active within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch. You can follow your parcel on our website or directly via the carrier's portal.
