Cancelling Your Order
United States: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this window, your order may already be in processing and can no longer be cancelled. In that case, please follow the standard return process once your order arrives.
United Kingdom: You can cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund. Once your order has shipped, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, beginning on the day you receive your order, during which you may cancel for a full refund. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
Faulty or Incorrect Items: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, not as described, or incorrect, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement.
About Return Shipping Costs
Defective, wrong delivery, or damaged items: If the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was delivered, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Returns due to customer reasons (wrong size, wrong order, different image, etc.): In the following cases, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. If you ordered the wrong size, if you ordered the wrong product, or if you change your mind after purchase.
