How long does shipping take?
We know the wait is the hard part, so here's the honest timeline. We take 1 to 3 business days to pack and check your order, then it's 6 to 10 business days on its way to you. That's roughly 7 to 13 business days in total. The moment it ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you're never left guessing.
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing at all. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend and no hidden fees. What you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.
Where do you ship to?
Right now we deliver to all 50 US states and mainland United Kingdom. We can't ship anywhere else just yet, but we're always growing.
Where do my orders ship from?
We work with a network of fulfillment partners around the world, so your order may travel from outside your country to reach you. Once it's close, it's handed to a carrier you'll recognize: USPS in the US, and Royal Mail or Evri in the UK.
Will I be charged customs or import fees?
The price you pay at checkout covers your order in full, with no hidden fees added by us. Depending on your local import rules, some orders may have duties or taxes applied on arrival. These are set by your own country and are the responsibility of the recipient. If anything like this comes up, just email us at support@valenira.com and we'll help you sort it out.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can follow along on our site or with the carrier directly. Give it 24 to 48 hours to start updating after it's sent, that's completely normal.
What is your return policy?
If something isn't right, you've got a full 30 days from delivery to send it back. We just ask that it's unworn, unwashed, and still has its tags and original packaging. And no restocking fees, ever. If you're in the UK, you also have extra statutory rights, including a 14-day right to change your mind, which you can read about in our Return & Refund Policy.
How do I start a return?
Easy. Just email us at support@valenira.com with your order number and what went wrong, and we'll send you a return authorization (RMA) number and the address to send it to. One small favor: please wait for our go-ahead before sending anything back, so nothing gets lost along the way.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you're sending something back because it didn't work out, like the wrong size or a change of heart, the return postage is on you. But if it turned up damaged, faulty, or we sent the wrong thing, that's on us and we'll cover the cost.
Can I exchange an item?
Of course. You can swap for a different size, color, or product within 30 days of delivery. Once your original item reaches us and we've checked it over, we'll send the replacement out free of charge. Just email support@valenira.com and we'll set it up.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We're really sorry if that happens, and we'll put it right at no cost to you. Send us your order number and a couple of clear photos, and we'll sort out a replacement or a full refund. If you're in the US, let us know within 48 hours of delivery. In the UK, you've got 30 days, and you're fully covered if something is faulty. Email us at support@valenira.com.
Can I cancel my order?
In the US, you can cancel within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund. After that it may already be moving through processing, so you'd follow our usual return steps once it arrives. In the UK, you can cancel any time before it ships, and even after that you have a 14-day cooling-off period to change your mind. Either way, just drop us a line at support@valenira.com.
What payment methods do you accept?
Whatever's easiest for you. We take all the major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Diners Club), plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Everything is processed securely in USD for the US and GBP for the UK.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return reaches us and gets the all-clear, we'll process your refund within 7 business days, straight back to the card or method you paid with. From there it's down to your bank, which can take a few extra days to show it on your statement.
My package shows "Delivered" but I don't have it. What do I do?
Don't worry, this usually sorts itself out quickly. First have a look around: with neighbors, anyone else at home, and any safe spots near your door. If it's still nowhere to be found, get in touch with the carrier. And if they confirm it's lost, come straight to us and we'll make it right.
