How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.
Is it safe to pay here?
Yes. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Diners Club, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay, through an encrypted checkout. Your card details never reach us.

The pattern is cut from a second layer, not stitched on top.
A western ankle boot with a shaped overlay laid over the vamp and quarters, its edges cut into points and stitched down so the layer underneath shows through. Elastic gussets sit at both sides of the shaft, the toe is snipped to a narrow front, and the heel is squared and angled.
✓ Cut out overlay:
A second layer shaped into points across the toe and up the quarters, stitched along every edge.
✓ Elastic side gussets:
Ribbed panels at both sides that let the shaft open and pull closed again.
✓ Snip toe:
A narrow front cut flat rather than drawn to a point.
✓ Angled western heel:
A squared heel cut back under the foot, low enough to walk in.
With straight jeans stacked over the shaft.
A smooth upper with a stitched overlay, on a squared heel and a thin sole.

About Valenira
Hi, I’m Tammy — and Valenira started with a very ordinary problem.
Every morning I stood in front of a full closet and found nothing I actually wanted to wear. The pieces I loved were priced like special occasions. The ones I could afford went shapeless after three washes.
So I decided to make it myself, with one rule I have never broken:
If I wouldn’t wear it, it doesn’t go in the collection.
Every piece is worn, washed and worn again before it ever appears here. Most samples don’t survive that.
That is why the collection stays small, and why the prices stay where they are. I would rather sell you three pieces you wear for years than thirty you forget by spring.
