How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.
Is it safe to pay here?
Yes. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Diners Club, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay, through an encrypted checkout. Your card details never reach us.

A pointed toe on a heel wide enough to walk on.
A knee-high boot with a long pointed toe and a tall stacked block heel. The upper is a smooth grained surface, seamed at the back and around the ankle.
✓ Stacked block heel:
A tall heel built in layers, squared off so it stands flat.
✓ Pointed toe:
A long tapered toe with a thin welt stitched around the edge.
✓ Straight shaft:
The shaft rises without a taper and stops just under the knee.
With a midi skirt, or jeans tucked in at the shaft.
A smooth grained synthetic upper on a stacked heel and a thin sole.
Straight through the calf, ending just below the knee.

About Valenira
Hi, I’m Tammy — and Valenira started with a very ordinary problem.
Every morning I stood in front of a full closet and found nothing I actually wanted to wear. The pieces I loved were priced like special occasions. The ones I could afford went shapeless after three washes.
So I decided to make it myself, with one rule I have never broken:
If I wouldn’t wear it, it doesn’t go in the collection.
Every piece is worn, washed and worn again before it ever appears here. Most samples don’t survive that.
That is why the collection stays small, and why the prices stay where they are. I would rather sell you three pieces you wear for years than thirty you forget by spring.
