How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A zip-up that has already been washed soft.
A full-zip hoodie given a garment wash before it ships, so the color sits slightly faded and the fabric is soft from the first wear. Cut long and wide, with split pockets and a lined hood.
â Garment washed:
Washed as a finished piece, which softens the fleece and takes the flat newness out of the color before it reaches you.
â Full-length zip:
Opens all the way down, so it works as a layer over a tee rather than only as a pullover.
â Long through the body:
Between 28.5 and 31 inches depending on size, covering the hip completely.
â Split front pockets:
Two separate pockets rather than one pouch, which sit flat when the hoodie is worn open.
Open over a tee with jeans, or zipped with leggings.
Machine wash cool inside out and tumble dry low.
Wide through the body and hips, with a long line.
