How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A short zip at the neck, and nothing else to fasten.
A waffle-knit pullover with a short zip at the throat and a dropped shoulder. Five of the six run as a solid waffle; the dark one is knitted in fine stripes instead, so pick by how much texture you want.
â Waffle-textured knit:
A raised grid across the whole body that gives the fabric depth and keeps it from reading as plain jersey.
â Short neck zip:
A quarter zip that opens the collar into a soft V, or closes it up when it turns cold.
â Dropped shoulder and full sleeve:
The seam sits down the arm and the sleeve is cut generously, so it falls straight over the hip rather than pulling across it.
â Hip-covering length:
Between 24.8 and 27.6 inches depending on size, long enough to wear over leggings.
With white jeans as photographed, or with leggings and sneakers.
Machine wash cool and tumble dry low.
