How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A fine ribbed cardigan with a deep V neckline and a full button front, cut close enough to wear as a top and fine enough to go under a coat without bulking at the shoulder.

A close vertical rib through the body and sleeves that gives structure to a plain cardigan and stops it hanging like a bag.
â Deep V neckline:
Opens far enough to frame a shirt collar or a chain, and keeps the neck looking long when worn closed with nothing underneath.
â Full button front:
Buttons run to the hem, so it works fully closed, half open, or hanging loose.
â Slim through the body:
Cut close rather than oversized, which is what lets it go under a blazer or a coat.
Buttoned to the top with wide trousers, or open over a white tee and jeans.
