How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A long hooded coat that carries you from October through to March.
Full-length, softly lined and generously hooded, cut straight so it falls cleanly over whatever is underneath. It reads smart enough for the office run and casual enough for a Saturday coffee, which is most of what anyone asks a winter coat to do.
â Soft brushed lining:
The lining traps warmth against the body, so the coat works on genuinely cold days rather than just looking as though it might.
â Full-length cut:
Covers past the hip and keeps drafts away from your back and legs when you are standing still and waiting.
â Generous hood:
Deep enough to actually stay up in wind, and it sits flat across the shoulders when you push it back.
â Straight, clean line:
No belt and no gathering, so the coat hangs from the shoulder and stays where you put it.
Over tailoring for work, over jeans and a knit at the weekend. It handles both without adjustment.
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and hang to dry.
