How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

High tops with santas on them and a fleece collar at the ankle.
A lace-up canvas high top printed all over with small santa figures, lined in fleece and finished with a soft cuff that folds over the ankle. It is a proper sneaker construction, not a slipper shaped like one.
â Fleece lined throughout:
The lining runs the whole inside of the shoe, which is why these work outdoors in December rather than only across a room.
â Folded ankle cuff:
A soft collar at the top that can be turned down over the laces or left up against the cold.
â Allover printed canvas:
The motif repeats across the whole upper including the heel, rather than sitting as one patch on the side.
â Rubber cup sole:
A vulcanized-style sole with a toe bumper, flat enough to walk properly in and grippy on a wet pavement.
With cropped jeans so the cuff shows, or over thick socks with leggings.
Wipe the canvas with a damp cloth and air dry. Do not machine wash.
