How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

An open-front knit coat with woven denim set at the collar, front edges, cuffs and hem. The knit keeps it soft and the denim gives those edges something to hold on to.
â Denim at the edges:
Woven denim joined to the knit at the collar, front, cuffs and hem, which is what stops a soft coat from losing its outline.
â Ribbed knit body:
Soft and light through the torso and sleeve, so it wears like a cardigan.
â Open front:
Nothing to fasten, so the denim edges run as two parallel lines.
â Eight colorways:
From white and black through to rust, navy and a color-blocked version.
Over a tank and jeans, or over a knit dress.
Machine wash cool inside out on a gentle cycle and dry flat.
Easy through the body, falling open from the shoulder.
