How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

Corduroy ribbing, on something you can pull over your head.
A drawstring hoodie in a ribbed corduroy-look knit, with a kangaroo pocket and a lined hood. The ribs run vertically down the body, which is what stops it collapsing into the shapeless look most soft hoodies end up with.
â Vertical corduroy ribbing:
The raised cord runs down the full length of the body and sleeves, giving the fabric structure so it hangs rather than clings.
â Kangaroo pocket:
One continuous front pocket, deep enough for both hands and a phone at the same time.
â Drawstring hood:
A lined hood on a flat cord that sits against the neck without bulking up under a coat collar.
â Dropped shoulder:
The shoulder seam sits below the joint, which is where the easy line through the arm comes from.
