How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A closed-toe house slipper covered in a Nordic knit pattern, with soft antlers standing up at the sides and a pom-pom nose at the toe. The whole inside is lined in plush, so they are warm the moment you put them on.
â Fully plush lined:
The lining wraps the foot rather than sitting only under the sole, which is what makes them warm on a tiled floor.
â Closed toe, open back:
The toe box is fully enclosed so your toes stay warm, while the heel is left open to step in and out without using your hands.
â Soft antlers and nose:
Stuffed fabric rather than hard plastic, so nothing catches on a doorframe or a blanket.
â Grip sole:
A textured outsole with real traction on wood and tile, and firm enough to step outside for the bin.
With thick socks once the floor gets properly cold.
Spot clean with a damp cloth and air dry. Do not put them in the machine.
