How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

Deep pile fleece with a cable pattern pressed into it.
A half-zip fleece pullover in a thick plush pile, textured with a cable-look pattern rather than left flat. A structured collar and a contrast-trimmed kangaroo pocket keep it from reading as a blanket with sleeves.
â Textured plush pile:
The cable pattern is worked into the pile itself, which gives the surface depth and stops it flattening into a plain fleece after a few washes.
â Structured half-zip collar:
The collar stands up on its own whether the zip is open or closed, which is what keeps a soft fabric looking deliberate.
â Kangaroo pocket with contrast trim:
One deep front pocket, edged in a flat contrast binding that frames it against the pile.
