How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A plush fleece jacket with a high stand collar, a full zip and two side pockets, cut straight through the body. The collar and the clean line are what keep it from reading as loungewear.

Rises at the neck and holds itself up, which sets the whole posture of the jacket.
â Deep plush pile:
Soft and dense enough to be warm on its own without a layer underneath.
â Straight body:
Cut clean rather than gathered, so it hangs as a jacket rather than a blanket.
