How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A long sleeve fleece jacket with a deep, soft pile that traps warmth without weighing you down. Throw it on over a tee for the school run, or layer it over a knit when the temperature drops. It is the jacket that ends up living on the back of your chair, because you keep reaching for it.
â Deep plush pile:
A thick fleece surface that holds warm air against the body on cold mornings, at almost no weight.
â Regular fit:
Cut straight through the body with genuine room to layer a sweater underneath without pulling.
â Machine washable:
Wash it, hang it, wear it. The pile keeps its texture without special handling, which fleece often does not.
â Warm indoors too:
Light enough that you can keep it on at a desk, unlike anything padded.
Over leggings and trainers, or over a shirt with straight jeans for something a little sharper.
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and hang to dry. Skip the fabric softener, which flattens the pile.
