How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

An oversized wool-blend sweater with a soft mock neck and a dropped shoulder, cut wide and long through the body. No pattern, no hardware, nothing to date it.
â Wool blend yarn:
Wool through the blend holds warmth at lower weight than acrylic alone, and keeps its loft instead of going flat at the elbows.
â Dropped shoulder:
The armhole seam sits down the arm, which is what gives the sweater its soft line across the back rather than a set shoulder.
â Oversized body:
Wide and long enough to wear over a shirt or a thermal without any pull across the chest.
â Soft mock neck:
A short standing collar that covers the neck without the bulk of a folded roll under a coat.
With slim jeans so the volume stays on top, or over leggings with tall boots.
Hand wash cool on a wool-safe detergent and dry flat.
