How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

An oversized quilted jacket with a deep padded hood, a stand collar and large patch pockets. Cut wide on purpose, so a thick knit goes underneath without the sleeves binding.
â Deep padded hood:
Large enough to sit over a hat, and padded so it holds its shape rather than collapsing.
â Room to layer:
Cut oversized through the body and arm, which is what lets a chunky sweater fit underneath.
â Stand collar:
Rises at the neck when the hood is down, keeping the wind off.
â Large patch pockets:
Set at the hip, deep and wide rather than token.
Over a knit and jeans, or over leggings with snow boots.
Machine wash cool on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low to redistribute the fill.
Oversized, cut to layer over a thick knit.
