How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A mid-length coat with a proper hood and a loose cut, made for the weeks when mornings are cold and afternoons are not. Pull it over jeans and trainers for the school run, or over a dress when you want the outfit to stay soft. It packs down easily, which is what makes it the one you throw in the bag.
â Full hood:
Deep enough to genuinely stay up in wind and light drizzle, so you are not caught out on the walk back.
â Loose layering fit:
Cut wide through the body with room for a sweater underneath and no pull across the shoulders.
â Mid-length cut:
Falls below the hip and above the knee. Long enough to cover, short enough to move properly in.
â Packs down small:
Folds into a bag without creasing badly, which is more than most coats manage.
Over jeans and trainers for travel days, or over a soft dress when you want the coat to disappear.
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and hang to dry.
