How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

The quilted body runs long, the fleece lining sits close, and the drawstring hood pulls in when the wind picks up. School run, train platform, dog walk at dusk â it handles all of it in one piece, which is really all you want from a winter coat.

The coat continues past the knee, so your legs stay covered when you are standing still and waiting, which is when the cold actually finds you.
â Drawstring hood:
A tunnel-drawstring hood that cinches to your face and loosens again in a second, with no toggles to fight with in gloves.
â Fleece lining:
Brushed lining through the body that adds warmth without adding a single layer of bulk to the outside.
â Deep side entry pockets:
The front closes all the way up, and the pockets sit exactly where your hands land.
Over jeans and boots, or over a knit dress with tights when the temperature really drops.
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low.
