How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A longline hooded cardigan in a soft brushed knit, buttoning down the front with two deep patch pockets and a straight body that falls past the hip. Warm enough to leave the house in on its own.
â Longline body:
Falls well past the hip so it covers over leggings and layers under nothing at all on a mild day.
â Knitted hood:
A soft hood in the same knit, cut to sit flat across the shoulders when it is down rather than bunching at the neck.
â Deep patch pockets:
Two large pockets stitched to the front, positioned low enough that your hands sit at a natural height.
â Brushed soft knit:
A lightly napped surface that traps warm air, which is what lets a cardigan stand in for a jacket in autumn.
