How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

For the mornings when you are out of the door before the sun is properly up. The shaped waist keeps the line sharp even over knitwear, the hood goes up when the wind turns, and it sits just as well over jeans as it does over a dress.

A shaped line that follows the waist instead of boxing you in, so it still looks put together over a thick sweater.
