How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A fleece-lined winter jacket with a button placket over the zip.
Hip-length, thickly fleece-lined and hooded, closing with a full zip and then a row of buttons over the top. That double closure is not decoration â it is what stops the wind finding the seam on the coldest mornings.
â Thick brushed fleece lining:
The fleece inner runs through the body and holds warmth on the coldest days of the season, so you need less underneath.
â Zip and button front:
A full-length zip with a button-over placket. Two closures, no draft down the center front.
â Lined hood:
Sits close around the head, stays put when the weather turns, and does not collapse flat the moment you look down.
â Hip-length coverage:
Long enough to keep your back covered, short enough to walk properly in.
Over jeans and boots for the cold morning, or over a knit and leggings for the weekend.
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and hang to dry.
Cut with room for a knit underneath.
