How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

Suede outside, plush all the way through the inside.
A faux suede coat lined throughout in plush, with a lined hood and toggle fastenings down the front. The lining runs into the sleeves and the hood rather than stopping at the body.
â Plush lined throughout:
The lining covers the body, sleeves and hood, which is what makes it warm rather than just warm-looking.
â Toggle fastening:
Rope-and-toggle closures down the front, quicker to work than buttons in gloves.
â Lined hood:
Plush inside the hood as well, so it insulates when it is up.
â Nine colorways:
From black and navy through to brick red, olive and dusty purple.
Over jeans and boots, or over a knit dress with tights.
Spot clean or dry clean. Do not machine wash the suede finish.
