How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A long hooded knit that covers everything you want covered.
A full-length coat worked in an oversized cable knit, with a hood and deep side pockets. The long drape skims straight past the waist and the hip, which is the entire point of it, and the cable gives it enough weight to feel like outerwear rather than a cardigan.
â Full-length drape:
Falls in one clean line from shoulder to below the hip, smoothing the silhouette as it goes.
â Oversized cable knit:
A chunky braided texture that gives the coat genuine weight and warmth on its own, with no lining needed.
â Soft knit hood:
Sits full at the back for wind, and drapes rather than standing stiff when you push it down.
â Two deep pockets:
Roomy enough for hands, keys and a phone at the same time.
Over leggings and boots, or over jeans and a plain tee when you want warmth without a coat.
Hand wash cold or use a wool cycle, and dry flat to keep the cable from stretching.
