How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A herringbone knit with one stripe doing all the talking.
An oversized turtleneck in a fine herringbone knit, with a wide contrast band running the length of each sleeve. The body is quiet pattern; the sleeve is the graphic.
â Herringbone knit:
A fine zigzag worked into the yarn rather than printed on, which gives the body a woven suiting texture at knitwear weight.
â Contrast sleeve band:
A wide stripe running from shoulder to cuff down the outside of each arm, the single bold element on an otherwise restrained sweater.
â Wide batwing sleeve:
A deep armhole that lets the sleeve drape, so the band reads as a line rather than as a stripe wrapped tight around the arm.
â High turtleneck:
A tall folded collar that stands on its own and covers properly against wind.
With slim trousers so the volume stays on top, or over a straight skirt with boots.
Hand wash cool and dry flat, keeping the sleeve band out of direct sunlight.
Oversized with a deep sleeve.
