How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A padded hooded jacket with a brushed fleece lining and a shaped waist, so it holds real warmth without turning into a shapeless block. Built for school runs, dog walks and standing on a cold platform waiting for a train that is late.

A soft inner layer that traps warmth against the body from the shoulders all the way down, so you need less underneath.
â Padded hooded shell:
A quilted outer with an attached hood, cut to layer over a knit without bunching at the arms.
â Shaped through the waist:
A defined line rather than a straight box, so it still reads as part of an outfit and not just as outerwear.
â Warm without the weight:
Fleece and fill together do the job of a much heavier coat.
