How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A knee-high boot lined in fleece from the toe to the top, with a faux fur cuff at the knee, a gold buckle at the ankle and a full side zip. The lining is the point of it.
â Fleece lined to the knee:
Warm the whole height, not just around the foot.
â Faux fur cuff:
A wide fur band at the top that shows above a boot-cut jean.
â Gold ankle buckle:
A two-tone buckle set at the ankle over the shaft seam.
â Full side zip:
Runs the height of the boot, which a lined shaft needs.
Over skinny jeans, or with tights and a wool skirt.
Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Store upright.
