How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

Knitted like a sweater. It just happens to have a hood.
A hooded pullover knitted as a sweater rather than sewn from fleece, with an open distressed stitch through the body and three-quarter sleeves. That construction is why it falls soft over the shape instead of hanging square.
â Sweater knit, not fleece:
Knitted as a garment, so it drapes downward instead of standing away from the body the way sweatshirt fabric does.
â Open distressed stitch:
Deliberate gaps worked into the knit give it texture and make it breathable enough for an overheated room.
â Three-quarter sleeve:
The sleeve stops on the forearm, which keeps it out of the way and shows a cuff or a bracelet.
â Knitted hood and drawstring:
The hood is knitted in the same stitch and holds its shape between the shoulders rather than collapsing flat.

Machine wash cool on a gentle cycle in a mesh bag and dry flat.
