How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A ribbed knit coat trimmed in denim at the collar, cuffs, front placket and hem, closing on buttons set into the placket. The denim is what stops a soft knit from hanging like a dressing gown.

Collar, cuffs, placket and hem, which gives the knit a frame and keeps its shape.

Buttons run the full length of the denim band, so it closes properly rather than hanging open.
â Ribbed knit body:
A fine vertical rib that stretches with you and settles back.
