How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

Channel quilting, and a collar that zips right up to the chin.
This is the jacket you grab off the hook without thinking about it. The quilting runs in even horizontal rows, the collar stands up on its own, and the zip carries all the way into it. Short enough to work over a turtleneck, shaped enough that it never reads as sportswear.
â Horizontal channel quilting:
Even rows of stitching hold the fill evenly across the body instead of letting it shift down into the seams over a season.
â Stand collar with full-length zip:
The zip runs up into the standing collar and closes the neck off completely when the wind turns.
â Cropped, shaped fit:
Taken in through the waist and cut to sit just above the hip, so it layers over a knit without bunching.
â Light enough to keep on:
Warm outdoors, not stifling indoors, which is exactly what a mid-season jacket needs to be.
Over a turtleneck with straight jeans, or over a midi dress with boots.
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low.
