How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A double-breasted longline coat with a smooth tailored body and sleeves worked in a soft cable knit. Two constructions in one coat, which is the whole reason it gets a second look.
â Knit sleeves on a woven body:
The arms are cable knit while the body is smooth cloth, so the coat moves at the shoulder without losing its line.
â Double-breasted front:
Two rows of buttons across the chest, which squares the shoulders and holds it closed.
â Notch lapel:
A proper tailored collar that folds and stays folded.
â Falls past the hip:
Cut long enough to cover a dress or a longer knit underneath.
Over jeans and boots, or over tailored trousers.
Dry clean, or hand wash cool and dry flat to protect the knit sleeves.
Straight and long, with a set shoulder.
