How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A drawstring at the hem, so you set how it sits.
A lightweight hooded jacket with a button front, deep patch pockets and a drawstring through the hem. Pull the cord and it gathers at the hip; leave it and it hangs straight.
â Drawstring hem:
A cord through the bottom edge that gathers the jacket in or lets it fall straight.
â Button front:
Buttons rather than a zip, which keeps the front soft when it is worn open.
â Deep patch pockets:
Two large pockets at the front, cut to actually hold something.
â Lined hood:
Sits flat between the shoulders when down and pulls up properly when needed.
