How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A plain yoke, then herringbone the whole way down.
A turtleneck knitted in two parts: a plain yoke across the shoulders and a herringbone body below it. The collar is knitted high and folds over at the neck, and the shoulder seam drops onto the arm. The body is cut loose and closes in a narrow band at the hem.
â Plain shoulder yoke:
The yoke is knitted flat and meets the herringbone in a wide V across the chest.
â Herringbone body:
Zigzag rows run down the body and both sleeves.
â Folded turtleneck:
The collar is knitted high enough to fold over on itself.
â Dropped shoulder:
The seam sits low on the arm, which gives the sleeve its wide line.
With straight pants, or a denim skirt.
A brushed knit with a halo on the surface, banded at the cuffs and the hem.
Loose through the body, with the hem sitting at the hip.
