How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

Leaves the arms free to move and to wear a shirt or a knit underneath without any bulk at the shoulder.
â Round neckline:
Sits low and clean at the front, so a collar, a roll neck or a necklace shows properly.
â Patch pockets:
Two generous pockets stitched to the front, deep enough to keep hands warm.
â Curled teddy pile:
A dense curl that traps warm air over the torso where you actually feel the cold.
Over a roll neck with jeans, or over a shirt dress with boots.
Machine wash cool on a gentle cycle and dry flat. Brush the pile to lift it.
Relaxed, cut to layer over a knit.
