How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

The coat that ends the debate about whether you need a scarf.
A longline quilted coat lined edge to edge with thick sherpa pile, including the hood and the full length of the front facing. It falls below the knee and closes with a zip, so the warmth wraps the whole body rather than stopping at the hip.
â Full sherpa lining:
The pile runs the entire body, sleeves and hood, and shows along the front edges when the coat is open, so the warmth is real rather than a trimmed collar.
â Below-knee length:
Long enough to cover the back of the thigh, which is the part a hip-length jacket leaves cold on a bike or a platform.
â Lined hood:
The hood is lined in the same pile and cut deep enough to stay up in wind.
â Quilted shell:
Even channel quilting holds the fill in place so it does not migrate to the hem after a season of wear.
Open over jeans and a knit, or closed over a dress with tall boots.
Machine wash cool on a gentle cycle and dry flat. Shake the pile out while damp.
Relaxed, cut to layer over a sweater.
