How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A wide rib that runs the whole way down.
A pullover knit in a broad rib, with a mock neck that stands at the throat and raglan seams running from the neckline to the underarm. The hem steps shorter at the front than at the back, and a short slit opens at each side seam.

Broad raised ribs run from the neck to the hem across both the body and the sleeves.
â Standing mock neck:
A ribbed band stands at the throat without folding over.
â Raglan sleeves:
The sleeve seams run all the way to the neckline instead of stopping at the shoulder.
â Stepped hem:
The back hem drops below the front, with a short slit at each side.
