How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

One zip, two necklines.
A cable-textured sweater with a short zip at the throat and a stand collar. Zipped it is a mock neck; opened it falls into a small V, which is the whole reason to buy a quarter-zip.
â Quarter zip at the throat:
Opens into a soft V or closes into a stand collar, so one sweater covers two very different necklines.
â Cable texture:
Raised cable panels running the body and sleeves, giving a solid color some depth.
â Stand collar:
Tall enough to sit up when the zip is closed, soft enough to fold down when it is open.
â Ribbed cuffs and hem:
Firm ribbing that keeps the sleeves at the wrist and stops the hem flaring over a waistband.
With straight jeans and boots, or over a collared shirt with the zip half open.
Hand wash cool or machine wash gentle. Close the zip before washing and dry flat.
