How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A hooded jacket lined in sherpa from the hood down to the hem, printed with geometric medallions and banded borders over the body and the sleeves. It closes on a full-length zip and reaches the top of the thigh, with elastic gathering at each cuff.

A deep pile lines the body, the sleeves and the hood right to the edge.
â Geometric print:
Medallion motifs and banded borders run across the whole outer layer.
â Full-length zip:
The zip runs from the hem up to the top of the neck.
â Elastic cuffs:
Each sleeve gathers at the wrist and holds there.
