How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

Every dot is worked into the knit, not printed on it.
A pullover with a round neckline and a long sleeve, worked with small dots in a contrast tone across the body and both sleeves. The dots stand slightly off the surface rather than sitting flat. It ends at the hip, with ribbing at the neck, the cuffs and the bottom edge.
â Tufted dots:
Small dots worked into the knit so they stand off the surface.
â Round neckline:
A plain round neck closed with a narrow ribbed band.
â Ribbed cuffs and hem:
Ribbed bands close both sleeves and the bottom edge.
â Long sleeve:
Cut full through the upper arm and narrowing into the cuff.
With straight jeans, or tailored pants.
A knit with the dots worked in, and ribbing at the neck, the cuffs and the hem.
Regular through the body, with the hem sitting at the hip.
