How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A deep plush pile on both pieces, cut loose enough to sleep in.
A two piece set in a thick fleece. The top has a plain crew neck, a straight body and long sleeves gathered at the wrist. The pants pull on at an elastic waist and gather again at the ankle. Both pieces are cut with room through the body.
â Crew neck top:
A plain round neck with a flat band, nothing to fasten and nothing to catch.
â Gathered sleeve cuffs:
Each sleeve draws in at the wrist, so it stays put when you pull a blanket up.
â Elastic waist pants:
Pull on at the waist with a covered elastic, with no drawcord to knot.
â Gathered ankles:
Each leg draws in above the foot, so the hem stays off the floor.
On the sofa in winter, or straight to bed.
A thick fleece with a deep pile on both pieces.
