How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

The pattern sits in a band around the yoke, the rest is left plain.
A pullover with a patterned band worked around the yoke and the rest of the body left plain. The crew neckline, the cuffs and the hem are all ribbed. The body ends at the hip and the sleeves run long and straight.

The pattern runs in rows around the shoulders and stops above the chest.
â Ribbed crew neckline:
The neckline is finished with a narrow rib that sits flat against the skin.
â Ribbed cuffs and hem:
Rib closes both sleeve ends and the bottom edge of the body.
â Long straight sleeves:
The sleeves run the full length of the arm and finish at the wrist.
With straight jeans and a plain tee layered underneath.
