How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

An oversized coat with broad notched lapels and an open front that carries no fastening. The body is cut full through the middle and draws back in towards the hem, and the sleeves are wide with the cuffs turned back. The hem sits around the knee.
â Broad notched lapels:
A wide lapel that folds back from the neck and notches at the collar.
â Open front:
The two front edges hang loose, with nothing holding them together.
â Turned-back cuffs:
Each sleeve finishes with the cuff folded back on itself.
â Cocoon line:
The body is widest through the middle and narrows again towards the hem.
With a knit dress and an ankle boot.
The cuffs can be left turned back or folded down to cover more of the wrist.
Full through the body, with the hem around the knee.
