How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A loose turtleneck with a dropped shoulder and a high fold-over collar, cut wide through the body so it drapes rather than clings. Roomy enough to wear over a long-sleeve tee on the coldest mornings.

The seam sits down the arm, which is what gives the sweater its soft, unstructured line across the back.
â High fold-over collar:
Deep enough to turn down twice, so you can wear it slouched or pulled up against the wind.

Layers over a thermal or a shirt without any pull across the chest.

XS through 3XL, graded so the oversized drape stays intentional at every size rather than only working at the small end.
With slim white jeans and ankle boots, or with leggings and sneakers for a cold walk.
