How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

The shaft carries on past the knee and stays there.
A boot cut long enough to rise above the knee, in a smooth upper with enough give in the shaft to follow the leg. A slim cord ties at the back of the collar to draw it closer. The toe is pointed, the heel is tapered and set under the back of the foot, and a zip runs up the inner side.
â Over the knee shaft:
Cut past the knee, with panel seams shaping it around the calf.
â Tie at the collar:
A slim cord at the back of the opening, to pull the top edge in.
â Tapered heel:
A heel that narrows as it drops, set well under the back of the foot.
â Inner zip:
A zip up the inside, running from the ankle towards the knee.
With a mini dress, or a short skirt and thick pantyhose.
A smooth synthetic upper on a tapered heel and a thin sole.
Close through the calf, rising above the knee.
