How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

The winter sweater that does the styling for you.
A relaxed crew-neck knit with a traditional Fair Isle yoke worked across the shoulders and repeated at the cuffs. The pattern carries the whole outfit, so everything underneath can stay plain.
â Fair Isle yoke:
The banded Nordic motif is knitted into the yoke rather than printed on, so it holds its definition wash after wash.
â Relaxed cut:
Roomy through the body and shoulder, which means it layers over a shirt without pulling across the back.
â Ribbed neck, cuffs and hem:
Ribbing holds the shape at every opening, so the sweater keeps its line instead of stretching out at the wrists.
â Full size run:
Graded from S through 5XL, with the yoke pattern re-proportioned at each size so it does not distort on the larger grades.
With straight-leg jeans and ankle boots, or over a collared shirt with the cuffs turned out.
Hand wash cool or machine wash on a wool cycle, then dry flat to keep the shape.
Relaxed through the body.
